Hi, my name is Alice and I’m Level 3 qualified and have worked within early years for 10 years. I have worked with children from 4 months to 5 years and have SEN experience.

I have a real passion for cultural capital and teaching the children about the world around them; watching the children learn and seeing the awe and wonder in their eyes pushes me to give the best care and learning opportunities.

In my spare time I enjoy quality family time with my husband and our two sons. I also like to think I’m the next Mary Berry and bake most weekends.

Hello I am Sean I joined the team in September 2021 as the Finance Administrator, I have a background in business banking helping small to medium businesses transition to digital bookkeeping and banking.

In my spare time I enjoy watching and playing football, spending time with family and walking our 2 dogs.

Hi I am Hannah I am level 3 qualified in childcare and have been working in childcare for 11 years. I have been a Bank support practitioner at Avon small saints since 2019 and have worked at other local nurseries previous to that. I Have three children of my own and enjoy spending time with them and being with friends exploring the outdoors.

Hi I am Sophie I joined Avon Small Saints Preschool in December 2020 and have recently completed my level 3 Early years apprenticeship. I Started helping out in a local playgroup with my own children and discovered my passion for working with children. I love the smiles on the children’s faces when they learn something new and watching them develop and grow.

Hi I am Meg, I always wanted to work with children from being at school myself, so I did my level 2 at college then my level 3 at a local nursery doing an apprenticeship. After having, my son 3 years ago, I took a break to be a stay at home mummy, now he is older and ready for preschool himself I felt confident and ready to go back and continue my love working with children.

In my spare time I love to be outside with my family, we especially love to visit the farm.

Hi I am Stevie, I joined Avon small saints in January 2024. I am about to start my level 2 apprenticeship in may. I really enjoy working with the children watching them develop and achieve new skills every day.
In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and taking our dog out for walks.
